• Cutting sideways in either direction by means of an endless band-saw.
  Cutting width : 220 cms.
  Cutting height : 125 cms.
  Cutting length : upto 3Mts. adjustable.
  Cutting speed : 20Mts. per minute.
• Adjustable and pneumatically controlled side brackets for block grip and speed control for forward movement of the carriage to synchronise with the foam slab movement.
• Sliding rollers in front of the cutting section and motorised conveyor rollers with timer, at back of the cutting section for quick removal of cut blocks.
• Sliding photo cell for automatic length adjustment of block to be cut.
• Semi-automatic and full-automatic cycle.

Besides the above, it is also possible to have LRBC-1 with a cutting width of 120cms. and other specifications the same as LRBC-2.

We also manufacture Guillotine type Block Cut-Off machine model BC-I, having a cutting width of 120cms.
