• Rotary slitting table with emery covered table-top.
• Slitting table with hydraulic drive for slow start and stop and uniform table movement.
• Infinitely variable table speed control from 0.2 to 5 R.P.M.
• Slitting section with four dynamic balanced blade-wheels, each suspended between dual adjustable bearings for 100% blade alignment.
• Tensioned teflon (PTFE) coated blade guide.
• Electric blade-drive motor.
• Band-knife tension control with indication lamp. Automatic shut-off on blade breakage.
• Electric grinding apparatus for band-knife and automatic disconnection on blade Off, to prevent damage to band-knife.
• Grinding dust exhaust and diamond dresser for grinding cup stones.
• Control Panel with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
• Mode selection for Automatic, Semi-automatic and Manual operation.
