• Fixed foaming from 160 to 220cms.
• Recirculation through special gear pumps of the following chemical streams: Polyol; T.D.I.; Water; Silicone; Amine and S.O., all outputs controlled by electronic A.C. drives and pneumatic three way valves at the mixer.
• Methylene Chloride through air pressure via a flow meter.
• Two separate tanks with a common pump and A.C. drive for soluble colours.
• 20Mt. enclosed tunnel of 2Mt. height with M.S. profile powder coated slat conveyor.
• Side and bottom paper take-off system at tunnel end.
• Two numbers strong exhaust fans for gas extraction from the tunnel.
• Additional slat conveyor of 5Mt. length between bottom paper take-off and Block Cutter.

Roller Conveyors and Slat Conveyors as well as Block Turning system for conveyance of blocks to curing area in suitable length and as per individual requirements are available on request.
