Polyol System;

• Polyol transfer pump (from drums to tank)

Isocyanate System;

• T.D.I tank capacity 500 litres.
• Metering pump with weight control.
• Isocyanate stand-by container.

Activator System;

• Two separate systems, each consisting of :
• 190 litres container, and
• Metering pump with re-circulation.

Cleaning System;

• Flush container for cleaning of mixer.

Mixer System;

• Mixer-Cylinder with large bottom hatch.
• Special stirrer, submerged in the chemicals during mixing.

Mould System;

• Two mobile moulds with hinged sidewalls for easy de-moulding.

Fume Exhaust System;

• Fume exhaust from mixer.
• Separate fume exhaust hood for mould, with exhaust fan.

Optional Extras;

• Double width mould size, as per Customer's specification, can be incorporated at extra cost.
